Potatoes, mashed (Probably 6 or so good sized potatoes cooked & mashed) Cream cheese Egg, beaten Onion salt Salt Pepper Cheese, cheddar |
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350o.

Prepare (pam) a 10 X 12” pyrex cooking dish.

Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, egg, onion salt, salt & pepper.

Put mixture in the pyrex dish & sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes
NOTE:
This recipe can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator overnight, which is good when you are trying to make a large dinner. The only difference is that you will need to cook it about 10 minutes or so longer
