Chicken & Rice

Ingredients


1 whole

Chicken, cut up and skinned

Rice, raw

Consommé, chicken

Soup, mushroom

Onion

Paprika, ground

Parsley, dried


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350o.

  2. Prepare a 9 x 12” pyrex baking dish

  3. Place raw rice in the bottom of the pyrex dish

  4. Lay the chicken piece on top of the rice.

  5. Mix the consommé, mushroom soup & minced onion together and pour over the chicken & rice.

  6. Sprinkle with paprika & parsley

  7. Cover tightly.

  8. Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
