Ingredients

1 cup ½ cup ½ cup 1 tsp 2 ½ cups |
Brown sugar White sugar Sour cream Vanilla Walnut halves |
Instructions

Lay pieces of was paper on the counter for later.

Combine brown sugar, white sugar & sour cream in pot, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and reaches 240o.

Remove pot from burner and add vanilla & walnuts. WORK QUICKLY, because the mixture gets becomes hardened quite fast.

Separate nuts out on waxed paper & let cool.

Store in airtight container.
