We all know that food is what links all of us together around the family table. And we also know that when that food is lip-smacking delicious, everyone ends up being very happy. It also helps when there's a bottle or two of some fine wine!
Within this website I've collected the best recipes from my family and friends. Some would call them their "signature" dishes, and rightfully so! They deserved to be shared with the world.
When you need a recipe just browse the categories or check out the full recipe list. If you decide to make a dish, let us know and share your comments. Let everyone know what you did right or what you'd change for next time. All you need to do is register to add your comments.

How To
What is happening when you sear a steak? Why don't you stir your sugar syrup when making candy? Along with the great recipes within this website, I am in including a "How To" section. It's one thing to get an ingredient list, put it together as you are told to in the recipe, and it's another thing to know what it is you are actually doing!
The How To section will get into greater detail as to "why" we do things in the kitchen. When you understand what is happening to the food, you will be able to wield greater control over your food resulting in more successful dishes. As with the recipes you will be able to add your comments, so let the community know if you got any tips!
